Press the pressing head by hand to discharge the air in the cylinder through the connecting rod, the piston head, and the piston, and compress the spring together to discharge the air in the cylinder, then release the pressing head, the spring moves back (up) due to the loss of pressure, and the piston also rubs the inner wall of the cylinder at this time.
